They did it as the weekly assignment from Rachel and Kurt. Throughout the performance, Kurt is the only one who wasn't happy as he is reminiscing his moments with Blaine; their first meeting, first kiss, Blaine's transferring school to McKinley to be with Kurt, Blaine's proposal, and their New York life.
